  • Conduct routine quality control checks of inspected properties to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness align with luxury property standards.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage, or missing items, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Create and update inspection checklists and procedures to maintain consistency across properties.
  • Ensure all guest amenities, supplies, and in-home technology are properly stocked and functional.
  • Complete digital inspection checklists and document findings with photos when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Property Services Supervisor, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to resolve issues such as property issues.
  • Respond to last-minute guest and homeowner requests, ensuring a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Assist in seasonal deep cleans, inventory checks, and property upgrades.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each home’s specific features and operational requirements.
  • Occasionally assist in urgent housekeeping or light maintenance tasks to ensure immediate guest satisfaction.
  • Other duties as required – teamwork and flexibility are key to ensuring smooth operations.
