My Sea to Sky Story: Whistler was my last stop on a 3 month Canada-wide adventure, and only because I had a spare couple of days before I’d planned to be in Vancouver to find work. Funnily enough, while standing in an alpine meadow on Whistler Mountain, I wondered why I’d ever leave. And so I didn’t! Classic Whistler.
Fav Local Activity: How can you only choose one?? Whistler is a year-round cornucopia of amazing activities that take you from the water to the tippy tops of the mountains! I like to do it ALL! But hey, let’s go hiking and snowboarding, the ol’ favs.
Bio: After Uni I got my first hotel front desk, and quickly rose to manager there, before following my itchy travel feet to Japan where I got to try my hand at teaching English in high schools! Back in the UK, I was lucky enough to get a break in the digital marketing landscape, before once again my need for adventure took me to Canada. Hospitality was easy enough to slip back into, and I spent 3 years as a front desk supervisor in the village before finding the amazing team at WPS!
