We have a great opportunity requiring no prior experience to earn a competitive living-wage in the range of $35-$37/hr as a part-time  Customer Service / Parking Attendant in Whistler BC.   This role is great for someone who know how to continue to offer friendly, helpful and sympathetic customer service even in difficult or emotional situations.

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive living wage.  Average earnings are in the range of $35 to $37/hr plus vacation pay.
  • Part-time, year-round schedule – typically Mondays and Tuesdays, from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • Willing to consider a modified schedule eg. 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm x 2 days a week for the right candidates.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • No prior experience required – just a great attitude and a friendly disposition.
  • This role is ideal for reliable individuals who enjoy working independently.
  • You are accountable, respectful, and solution-oriented – even in stressful situations.
  • Must hold or be willing to acquire a valid BC driver’s license – a company vehicle is provided while on shift.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Deliver calm, respectful, and solution-oriented service.
  • Assist customers with pay stations and mobile apps.
  • Act as a friendly in-lot ambassador for parking information and support, especially in difficult or emotional situations.
  • Conduct timely, accurate foot or vehicle patrols to detect and respond to non-compliance.
  • Issue violation notices with accurate supporting data (photos, plate numbers, payment checks).
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and review-ready records.
  • Monitor and report unauthorized or suspicious activity, escalating when needed.
  • Check for damaged or malfunctioning signage, meters, or devices (report or service as trained).
  • Follow all safety protocols for driving, patrolling, and interacting with the public.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings and always act with professionalism and integrity.
