Seeking an ambitious and motivated Vacation Rental Property Inspector to join a Whistler-based team that manages some of the area’s finest vacation homes while delivering exceptional guest experiences and customer care.

Offering $27-$29/hr and a flexible, year-round schedule with benefits and room for growth.

About the Roles, Perks and Benefits:

  • Wage range:  $27 – $29 per hour based on experience
  • Full-time or part time positions, year round in Whistler BC
  • Flexible schedule 3-5 days a week with some weekends.
  • Extended health benefits (after 6 months).
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Company vehicle provided for travel between properties.
  • Opportunities to grow within the role and company.

The Perfect Candidate

  • Well-rounded, multi-skilled and willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Detail oriented with high professional standards.
  • Excellent communicator and eager to learn.
  • Enjoys beautiful, interesting homes and are willing to travel around Whistler.
  • Great with time management and taking the initiative.
  • Have experience in cleaning, maintenance or rental property care is an asset.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Performing post-clean property inspections.
  • Ensure they are in tip top shape and functional for vacation rental guests.
  • Sorting/unpacking clean linen deliveries
  • Troubleshoot and report any repair and maintenance issues.
  • Picking up supplies and items and delivering them to various properties.
