Seeking a hard-working and ambitious Vacation Rental Property Inspector to join this Whistler based team, providing some of the best quality homes and customer care in the industry. This fast growing company is looking for a for a fun and friendly team player with a professional attitude to help bring their guest clean, and comfortable vacation homes, with world-class customer service.  Offering $27-$29/hr and a flexible, year-round schedule with benefits and room for growth.

About the Roles, Perks and Benefits:

  • Wage range:  $27 – $29 per hour based on experience
  • Full-time or part time positions, year round in Whistler BC
  • Flexible schedule 3-5 days a week with some weekends.
  • Extended health benefits (after 6 months).
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Company vehicle provided for travel between properties.
  • Opportunities to grow within the role and company.

The Perfect Candidate

  • Well-rounded, multi-skilled and willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Detail oriented with high professional standards.
  • Excellent communicator and eager to learn.
  • Enjoys beautiful, interesting homes and are willing to travel around Whistler.
  • Great with time management and taking the initiative.
  • Have experience in cleaning, maintenance or rental property care is an asset.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Performing post-clean property inspections.
  • Ensure they are in tip top shape and functional for vacation rental guests.
  • Troubleshoot and report any repair and maintenance issues.
  • Picking up supplies and items and delivering them to various properties.
