Carpet and HVAC Cleaning Supervisor

The Perfect Candidate: 

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning, HVAC/duct cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or another home service industry is preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset.
• Must be hardworking, dependable, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a two-person team.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid BC Driver’s Licence following the probationary period.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Lead and support a two-person service team while completing daily service routes.
• Perform professional carpet, upholstery, HVAC, and dryer vent cleaning services using industry-leading equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail on every job.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Support a positive team culture while representing Black Bear Carpet Cleaning professionally.
