The Perfect Candidate: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or guest-focused service environment required.
  • Previous experience with property management software or phones systems including Opera PMS very beneficial.
  • Strong administrative skills and a passion for learning and expanding you abilities.
  • Polished, professional customer service skills with a warm and gracious approach.
  • Confident, professional telephone presence and exceptional communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work a variety of shifts likely including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, efficient, and professional service.
  • Handle inbound guest communications across phone, Messenger, and email with accuracy, grace, and care.
  • Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain awareness of VIPs, in-house events, and resort offerings to ensure Forbes and LQA standards are upheld.
  • Support personalized guest experiences through recognition, celebrations, and preference management.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and essential details to support seamless service delivery.
  • Review arrivals and group information to ensure key details, traces, and priorities are communicated and actioned.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between departments, supporting smooth operations and responding calmly to urgent situations.
