Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Water Care Technician to join this dynamic team in Whistler, BC.

In this role, you will be tasked with performing preventative maintenance, maintaining water quality in hot tubs, and ensuring customers receive th highest quality service and support.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • Customer service experience with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate water testing and maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain clear and legible paperwork.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required for travel between job sites.
  •  Whistler, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Maintain water quality in hot tubs, ensuring proper chemical balance and cleanliness.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot basic issues and repairs, including replacing motors and heating elements.
  • Drive to multiple locations in various weather conditions to service hot tubs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Keep accurate and legible records of maintenance and service tasks.
