About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Salary range of $50,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Opportunity to transition to a 4-day work week upon successful completion of training
- Extended health benefits and RRSP matching after 3 months

- 3 weeks of paid vacation
The Perfect Candidate:
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Insurance experience is an asset, but not required—we are happy to train the right individual
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify client needs and provide solutions
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and other insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional service.
- Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and general policy inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets company and regulatory requirements.
- Support colleagues with administrative and office functions as required.
