Seeking a compassionate, relationship-centered leader to manage the Work 2 Live and Adventure Sessions programs.  As Program Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of youth workers who deliver comprehensive support services for young adults aged 19-25, including housing, employment, mental health, and land-based recreation.

  • Reliable vehicle with Class 5 drivers license and clean driving record (drivers abstract through ICBC will be required).

Responsibilities Include: 

  • General building maintenance at strata properties in the Whistler & Pemberton area.
  • Tasks may include, but not limited to, interior and exterior repairs or re-builds or renovations of: drywall, insulation, siding, floors, decks, windows and doors, trim, baseboard, painting and re-builds of bathrooms and other common areas.
  • Attending and providing access to contractors in the event of a major service event or leak.
  • Site preparation and clean up.
