Ecologyst is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to manage both their Whistler & Victoria locations. Offering a starting salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year with lucrative performance-based bonuses, profit sharing opportunities, travel allowance and product discounts!

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with some schedule flexibility.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends and weekdays.
- Starting salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year with lucrative performance-based bonuses.

- This position requires travel between both Whistler & Victoria stores (travel allowance available), must have reliable vehicle and the flexibility to travel.
The Perfect Candidate:
- 2+ years management experience with demonstrated ability to train, develop and lead successful teams.
- Natural sales ability with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
- Education and training within business, marketing or other related field is an asset.
- Clothing savvy; knowledge of and a keen interest in the clothing industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Entrepreneurial minded self-starter with lots of drive and takes initiative.
- Natural sales ability, charismatic, people oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships with customers, staff and leadership.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people.
- Creative and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage and develop the team and drive overall operations strategy to develop lasting impact in our community.
- Leadership Development: build capabilities within the teams to drive strategy and achieve results that maximize the business both today and into the future. Mentor and support the sales team.
- Business Development: ownership of financials and KPI’s (profit & loss and budgeting). Develop and promote In-store events such as workshops and entertainers. Create a dynamic and profit-driven business. Inventory management and merchandising.
- Production Education: able to communicate the features and benefits of our product assortment through an authentic connection with our customers.
- Marketing: responsible for overall store marketing, communicate and execute a plan that aligns with the company’s overarching marketing campaigns. Plan and execute marketing strategies, manage budget and utilize print advertising, digital advertising, SEO and indoor/outdoor signage, window displays and merchandising will keep our customers walking through our door.
