Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

This internationally recognized medical aesthetics company is looking for Registered Nurse to join their team.   Working closely with the team doctors to  diagnosing skin conditions, and developing treatment plans with Laser, Light and Energy Devices.  Offering a flexible schedule, competitive industry wages, and growth within the company.

  • Full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Part-time is also available for the right candidate.
  • Flexibility in schedule but the ability to work Thursday, Friday & Saturday is ideal.
  • Starting in the range of $30+ per hour depending on experience.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • Registered Nurse with clinical experience who his in good standing with professional licensing body.
  • Very strong customer service skills; build positive working relationships with clients, be approachable, actively listen and provide a comfortable experience.
  • Strong sales ability; motivated to learn products and services and able to speak to potential clients about what’s best for their individual needs.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and also pitch in where needed.
  • Team player; contributes fully to the operations of the center and network.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Within established guidelines, perform laser skin treatments with the SCIOTN JOULE X HALO laser and BBL aesthetics services.
  • Perform skin treatments for medical conditions as diagnosed, with Genius RF Intelligent Micro Needling system.
  • Analyze individual Client requests; determine, communicate, and manage Client expectations regarding treatment success.
  • Prepare Intravenous Therapies and administer same to patients as required.
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete Client charts and assist with Client chart filing.
  • Communicate with staff members to facilitate the coordination of work and Client schedules.
  • Marketing and selling products and treatments; exemplary closing efforts.
  • Provide customer service and medical information for database entry and quality assurance purposes.
  • Oversee the maintenance of laser-related inventories; order medical supplies through the Operations Manager.

Medical Office Assistant

This internationally recognized medical aesthetics company is expanding their awesome team and looking a MOA and Receptionist.  Ideally suited for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.   Offering $26 to $30 per hour to start, monthly commissions, lots of growth opportunities, and discounted skin care and other services after 3 months!

  • MOA: Full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday shifts
  • Receptionist: Part-time, 16 hours per week, Sunday/Wednesday & Thursday.
  • Starting in the range of $26 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

  • Solution-focused with great problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, CRM systems and payment processing software. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record Systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a Plus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide telephone and in-person receptionist duties for the health clinic including welcoming patients and business reps, managing phone system, answering patient inquiries, and general tidiness of the waiting area.
  • Provide intake services to new clients, by determining their need or directing them to the appropriate clinician.
  • Build positive relationships with individual clients, in support of good health outcomes.
  • Manage electronic patient files.  Enters patient data into EMR and CMR.
  • Schedule and coordinate intake and outcomes consultations, schedule photographs and deal with a patient first attitude at all times.
  • Provide clerical support services got practitioners as requested or directed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Team, including: reports, letters, and notices, scanning.
