About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

  • Full-time, year-round.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00pm with some flexibility.
  • Annual salary of $50,000 per year depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus available based on company performance.
  • Extended health benefits available after 3 months.
  • Full training will be provided – no experience necessary.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service experience and skills.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and reoccurring customers.
  • Energetic and positive attitude and professional.
  • Motivated, team player willing to chip in and help out where needed.
  • Strong time management skills; able to prioritize and work efficiently.
  • Great computer skills including MS Office Suite.
  • Work well in a fast paced environment; detail oriented and strong attention to quality.
  • Friendly and personable, professional.
  • Enjoys a variety of tasks with great time management skills.
  • Experience with social media management is an asset.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Face of the company; first point of contact for customers about products and any issues that might arise.
  • Data entry; ensuring details are entered into systems accurately and timely.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Shipping and inventory management.
