    • QuickBooks Online and EKOS– ensuring consistency of set up and accuracy of information, for Supplier, Customer, Account and Inventory records.
    • All government tax filings – PST, GST, Excise, Malt Levy
    • Also assist with other general administrative tasks and pitching in where needed in a busy little office.

  • Tent and event experience is an asset but not required!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lb.
  • Prep orders at the warehouse for client deliveries.
  • Packing orders and loading the truck and unloading.
  • Inventory counts going out for events and upon return from events.
  • General cleaning and repairs of inventory.
  • Occasional commercial dishwashing and polishing of plateware, glassware and cutlery.
  • Valid Drivers license is an asset (but some warehouse positions do not require this).
  • Lead hands would also drive delivery trucks to the events.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • 20-40 hrs per week.
  • Flexible schedules..
  • Generally not open on Sundays nor any Stat Holidays.
  • Occasional evening and after-hours shifts available with the potential for shift based bonus pay!
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • Wage starting up to $25 per hour depending on the role and experience.
