  • Reconciliation and posting or real estate sales.
  • Timesheet entry and posting of biweekly payroll.
  • Posting general journal entries.
  • Maintain computerized accounting records and digital copies of related invoices, contracts, and related documents.
  • Create and securely store a weekly backup of electronic accounting data.
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to financial transactions, reports and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with financial departments of suppliers and customers.

We are searching for a Construction Safety Officer for a 4-week construction project in Pemberton

  • POSITION:  CSO/OFA Level 3
  • SCHEDULE:  Mon-Fri from March 4th for 4 weeks.   8:00a-4:00p
  • NOTES:  Preference will be given to workers who can commit to the entire project.   
  • DUTIES:  Ensuring all workers on site are in a safe environment and following correct safety procedures. Conducting daily site inspections to source potential hazards on site, exposure to toxic material, potential electrocution, and general risk assessment. Monitoring the safety compliance of workers and contractors on site. Ensuring all incidents are reported to Management and maintaining and preparing documents and reports. Administering first aid when necessary. Performing other duties and pitching in where needed.
  • REQUIRED: Good communication skills, both written and oral. Organized, ability to keep detailed records. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Experience as a tradesperson is beneficial. Construction Safety Officer certification is required.
  • ATTIRE: Safety boots, hard hat, and vest.

WAGES:  $30 to $34 per hour plus vacation pay.
