Rob’s Autoshop is looking for a part-time front desk agent to join their small but growing team. Wages starting from $23-$25 depending on experience.

JOB TITLE: Front Desk Agent
LOCATION: Whistler, BC
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Part Time
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Part Time 18 to 30 hours per week.
  • $23-$25/hour, depending on experience.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Background in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Detail orientated, highly organized, able to multitask.
  • Computer literate, familiarity with Michell1 software an asset.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
  • Valid drivers license an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Creating estimates.
  • Liaising with customers during vehicle drop off and pick up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ordering parts, managing parts ordered.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • Part time, 18-30 hours.
  • Need coverage Monday and Tuesday, also looking for cover on Friday.
  • Hours are 7.30am – 5pm
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • $23-$25/hour, depending on experience.
