SWM Property Servicesswm property services is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join their team.  This whistler-based construction company specialized in handyman services, renovations, new builds and project management.  Jobs are dotted throughout Whistler and Squamish, BC.

JOB TITLE: Lead Carpenter
LOCATION: Squamish & Whistler, BC
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time or Part Time
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Full-time or Part Time hours available.
  • Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
  • $38 to $45 per hour depending on level of experience.
  • Year-round work available.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
  • Education & training is an asset but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills. 
  • Hard-working, reliable and a team-player willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Understands reading and building to plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Lead Carpenter on various construction projects.
  • Projects within the Sea to Sky Corridor.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • Full-time or Part Time hours available.
  • Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • $38 to $45 per hour depending on level of experience.
