  • Create and update inspection checklists and procedures to maintain consistency across properties.
  • Monitor daily inspection schedules, assigning tasks and adjusting as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inspectors, providing support in resolving property specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Housekeeping team to address and resolve issues such as property damage, maintenance needs, or guest complaints.
  • Document and report inspection results, highlighting areas for improvement and tracking trends in property conditions.
  • Provide feedback to team members and participate in performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
  • Coordinate with the Guest Services and Maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready prior to arrivals.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new inspectors, ensuring they understand Whistler Platinum’s quality expectations.
  • Perform property inspections as needed, particularly during high-demand periods or for high-priority properties.
  • Contribute to seasonal projects, including inventory checks and updates to property profiles.

  • Typical schedule is Monday to Friday during standard office hours with some flexibility in schedule. Opportunity to work remotely some of the time is available. Occasional weekend work may be required.

The Perfect Candidate

  • 3+ years experience in a similar position within the construction industry with a solid understanding of project management is preferred.
