  • Front Desk Specialist – Full time, shifts are 7am – 3pm or 3pm – 11pm and include weekends and holidays.
  • Night Auditor – Full time, shifts are 11pm – 7pm and include weekends and holidays.
  • Houseperson – Full time, shifts are 8am – 4pm and include weekends and holidays.
  • Housekeeping Attendant – Full time, shifts are 8am – 4pm and include weekends and holidays.
  • Maintenance Technician – Full time, shifts include a  mix of morning
    evening shift from 8am – 11pm and weekends and holidays are required.

Night Cleaning Supervisor * housing available

Scandinave Spa Whistler – a unique outdoor spa offering relaxation in the heart of nature – is looking for a Night Cleaner Supervisor to join their team. This full time position is best suited for a positive and meticulous team player, a Night Owl by nature, with a minimum of 1 year cleaning experience and  3+ years experience with supervising teams.  Over-night shifts with some flexibility to allow for maximum enjoyment of the slopes and other daytime pursuits.

  • Full-time, year-round, 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule: 4 x 10 hour days (10pm to 8:30am) – that’s 3 days off per week!
  • Starting wage: $22.50 per hour.

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the site (indoor and outdoor) and that all areas are welcoming and tidy.
  • Ensure to keep cleaning supply room tidy, organized and fully stocked.
  • Assign and oversee daily tasks required of the Night Cleaning Team.
  • Train new team members.
  • Communicate team needs to management and ordering all supplies, etc.
  • Maintain all cleaning standards set by the Scandinave Spa Whistler.

A local campground offering tenting, yurts and cabins is looking for a Maintenance Worker to join their crew.  Ideally suited for someone who is handy with basic repairs and hardworking.   Offering seasonal work with a retention bonus plus staff housing!

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Seasonal Contract until April 2022 with potential extension into long-term for the right candidate.
  • $1000 retention bonus for completing the season.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • Handy with some experience in general maintenance.
  • Some experience operating basic machinery for snow removal and landscaping.
  • Capable of lifting 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs.
  • Personable, friendly and professional with strong communication skills.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Very organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willing to help out where needed.
  • Driver’s license is an asset.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Grounds maintenance including landscaping, pruning, hedging, grass management throughout all common areas of the Resort.
  • Janitorial duties for common buildings as needed including power washing & window cleaning.
  • Cleaning work area, tools and equipment, ensuring all safety codes are met, all areas of the property are clean and free of potential hazards.
  • Snow removal and salting(de-icing) from sidewalks, pathways and other areas as required.
  • Our uniform and your grooming will ensure a professional appearance.
  • Courteous, efficient and helpful customer response required at all times.
  • Be aware of and operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation, standards and Company safety policies at all times.
  • Operating equipment – Snow plow, UTV, Ride on Mower etc.
  • Other duties as required.
