JOB TITLE: Member Experience Associate
LOCATION: Whistler, BC
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
  • $21.00 per hour to start.
    • Eligible employees may receive a quarterly bonus if the property achieves established performance measures.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Front Desk or Concierge Experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  •  Embraces Company’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to help our Members create the best vacations of their lives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Handling guests complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely matter, otherwise referring the matter to management.
  • Computer skills, ability to compose and create emails, letters and memos.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts.
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • $21.00 per hour to start.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale.
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate.
  • Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
  • Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
  • Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
  • Negotiating and confirming orders with suppliers.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
  • Coordinating deliveries or order pickups.
  • Performing any additional duties assigned by the Department Leaders.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • 40 hours per week, 8 hour shift.
  • Evening and Morning shifts.
  • Weekends as needed.
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
