About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

- Salary starting at $73,000+ per year based on experience.
- Quarterly bonuses based on store performance; 10% of annual salary paid quarterly depending on sales goals.

The Perfect Candidate:
- 1–2+ years of retail experience, with leadership experience considered an asset.
- A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational, planning, and operational skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and a solid understanding of labour standards.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Ability to lead and support a team, maintain an organized environment, and handle day-to-day operations (inventory, cash, and admin tasks).
- Flexibility to work varied hours and a valid driver’s license.s.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead all aspects of daily store operations, delivering a smooth, customer-focused experience.
- Build and support a positive, high-performing team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll in line with business needs and BC labour standards.
- Drive sales through strong merchandising, organized displays, and well-stocked inventory.
- Oversee inventory flow, ordering, transfers, and related administrative processes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented store, including WorkSafeBC compliance and ongoing maintenance.
- Handle key administrative functions including POS systems, security, communications, and vendor coordination.
- Support staff housing onboarding and contribute to a collaborative, engaged workplace culture.
