Ideal for someone who loves food and is keen to learn the art of delivering high-level cuisine from some of the best in the biz. About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year round in the heart of Whistler Village (part time hours available)
- 5 days a week with mostly nights, but can be flexible to have routing hours.
- Consistent schedule and hours are steady all year round.
- Perfect rota is Wed-Sun or Tues- Sat.
- Base hourly wage starting in the range of $22-24 per hour plus a share of gratuities.
- Senior roles are also available that offer higher starting wages.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Basic knife skills and an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- 1 year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Food Safe certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and chef standards.
- Support senior cooks and chefs during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and critical control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned.
