This Executive/Personal Assistant role offers the opportunity to work from home, a flexible schedule to manage work/life balance, wage starting in the range of $26 to $30 per hour and an annual wellness package.
Working directly with a local Whistler talented executive in the B2B tech space within a global company. Lots of room to grow and learn while helping an executive, mom of 3 with all aspects of her work and daily life. Ideally suited for someone with exceptional organizational skills who is thirsty to learn and grow and who enjoys a position offering variety.
About the Role, Benefits & Perks: 
- Full-time with a flexible schedule to manage work/life balance.
- 30 to 40 hours per week; typically Monday to Friday but some evening or weekend work may be required.
- Blend of work-from-home and in-office. Must live in Whistler or surrounding area.
- Starting wage in the range of $26 to $30 per hour depending on experience and skillset.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Administratively strong with experience assisting professionals in managing schedules, keeping organized, client service, etc.
- Some basic bookkeeping (Accounts Receivable/Payable) experience is an asset.
- Passion for problem-solving and forward thinking; enjoys a good challenge and takes initiative to get things moving ahead.
- Motivated self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to learn on the go.
- Strong communication skills; professional, personable and friendly ‘can do’ attitude.
- Very detail oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project management skills and experience is an asset.
- Creative with experience in design is an asset.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in a variety of computer programs and software including Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms), Hubspot, Zoom Meetings, Asana, CRM systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide day to day professional and personal administrative support.
- Manage daily calendars, customer communications, scheduling appointments, book travel arrangements.
- Light bookkeeping including: prepare and reconcile invoices and expenses, process payments, organize receipts for year-end tax preparation.
- Prepare professional correspondence and proposals.
- Help manage sales pipeline.
- Process health insurance claims.
- Develop a digital filing system and maintain a physical filing system.
- Conduct various research and managed a variety of projects.
- Help out with errands and personal tasks for the family as needed.
