About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year round.
- Work schedule is Monday-Friday.
- $40 – $47 per hour based on experience

The Perfect Candidate:
- Valid Crane Operator Certification in BC (ticketed operator).
- Minimum 3 years of crane operating experience in construction.
- Familiarity with various crane types (mobile, tower, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (WCB and CSA standards).
- Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and load charts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operate tower cranes and telehandler safely and efficiently.
- Lift, move, and position materials according to project plans.
- Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
- Follow strict safety protocols and report any hazards.
- Coordinate with ground crews, supervisors, and other trades.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and maintenance activities.
