Seeking a hard-working and ambitious Property Care Specialist to join this Whistler based team, providing some of the best quality homes and customer care in the industry. This fast growing company is looking for a for a fun and friendly team player with a professional attitude to help bring their guest clean, and comfortable vacation homes, with world-class customer service.

About the Roles, Perks and Benefits:

  • Full-time, year round.
  • 35-40 hours per week (Saturday, Sunday and 2-3 week days).
  • Whistler, BC.
  • Salary range $27-29/hour.
  • Start date: June 2026

The Perfect Candidate

  • Extremely detail oriented, and expect high standards from yourself and others.
  • Enjoy beautiful, interesting homes and are willing to travel around Whistler.
  • Can manage yourself and your time well.
  • Have experience in maintenance/handy work.
  • Experience in vacation rental management considered an asset.
  • Experience in cleaning/housekeeping considered an asset.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Ensuring that properties are always in tip top shape and attractive/functional for our vacation rental guests.
  • Maintenance duties.
  • Performing post-clean property inspections.
  • Picking up supplies and items and delivering them to various properties.
