Stark Contracting & Management is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Snow Removal team this winter. Applicants must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Winter schedule is variable with plenty of time off to play in the mountains. Starting wage is $30/hr. Year Round work is also available as we will transition back in to Landscape Construction season come spring.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Most shifts start 7am.
  • Plenty of opportunities to hit the mountain after shifts and on off days
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Can perform physical task throughout the shift.
  • Can work independently and with a team.
  • Experience using and maintaining small equipment like snowblowers is an asset but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Shoveling snow.
  • Salting walkways.
  • Using and maintaining snowblowers.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • 730am – 230pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
  • Very flexible
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • $30 per hour.
