Sierra Services, a Whistler-based property services company specializing in residential snow removal,  is looking for a hard working, professional applicant with experience operating loaders, ideally for the purposes of snow removal.

Guaranteed 30 hours per week, regardless of snowfall, at $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.  Early November start through until April.

JOB TITLE: Snow Clearing Operator
LOCATION: Whistler, BC
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Wage in the range of $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Guaranteed 30 hours per week, regardless of snowfall.
  • Early November start through until April.
  • Overtime opportunities available depending on snowfall.
  • Days start at 4:30AM, finish at approximately 12:30pm.
  • Spirit pass available.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous Loader operating experience is required.
  • Professional with an eye for detail who takes pride in their work.
  • Strong communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Clear driveways on a set residential route when snow falls using a mid-sized loader.
  • Your day is done as soon as the driveways are cleared.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • Days start at 4:30AM, finish at approximately 12:30pm.
  • Overtime opportunities available depending on snowfall.
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • Wage in the range of $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
