Work a Major Event in Whistler This August! We’re hiring for lots of different roles including; AV Technicians, Event Leads, Stage Hands, and Fork Lift Operators for a high-profile corporate event from August 6–17. Earn up to $6,000+ over the course of the event, as well as vacation pay, plus overtime and bonus opportunities. - PERKS:
- Work 8 + shifts and earn an additional $2/hr Superhero Bonus on all hours worked.
- Many shifts offer OVERTIME PAY at 1.5x your regular rate.
- Transportation/Parking Per Day: +$13 per shift
- This is an opportunity to earn over $5,000 across the 10-day event.
- WAGES: $26-$54/hr+ 4% Vacation Pay, possible Overtime Pay & Bonuses as above!

POSITION: Video Assistant / LED Techs
- DATES: August 6th to 17th 2026

- DUTIES: Assists with the setup, testing, operation and strike of video equipment, including LED panels, displays, and related cabling. Helps troubleshoot technical issues, monitors equipment during the event, and ensures visuals run smoothly.
- SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Requires 1+ years of related experience + steel-toed boots.

POSITION: Lighting Assistant

- DUTIES: Helps install, focus, test, and strike lighting equipment according to the event plan. Supports the lighting crew by running cables, organizing gear, and assisting with on-site adjustments during production.
- SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Requires 1+ years of related experience + steel-toed boots.

POSITION: Audio Assistant
- DATES: August 6th to 17th 2026

- DUTIES: Supports the audio team by setting up and striking microphones, speakers, mixers, cabling, and other sound equipment. Helps during live operation by monitoring levels, assisting with adjustments, and resolving basic technical issues.

POSITION: Event Working Lead
- DATES: August 6th to 17th 2026

- DUTIES: Oversees the on-site crew and helps coordinate the setup, execution, and teardown of event operations. Acts as the main point of contact for workflow, problem-solving, and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Requires at least 5 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills. Must be confident leading a team and managing logistics in a fast-paced, public-facing environment. Professional, proactive, and calm under pressure.

- $50hr TIER1 Base Wage
- $52/hr TIER2 after 10 shifts

POSITION: Fork Lift Operator
- DATES: August 6th to 17th 2026

- DUTIES: Safely operates a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage equipment, materials, or freight as needed for event setup and strike. Checks loads for stability, follows safety procedures, and supports the team with efficient material handling.
- SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Requires at least 2 years of related experience.
- LOCATION: Whistler Conference Center
- WAGE: $46-$50/hr + 4% Vacation Pay, possible Overtime Pay & Bonuses!
- $46hr TIER1 Base Wage
- $48/hr TIER2 after 10 shifts
- $50/hr TIER3 after 20 shifts
POSITION: Stage Hands
- DATES: August 6th to 17th 2026
- TIMES: Various shift options –
- 8am – 6pm
- 5pm-1am
- DUTIES: Perform general labor for event setup and teardown, including moving equipment, assembling staging, and preparing the venue. Work under direction to support production teams and keep the event running safely and on schedule
- SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Related experience and steel-toed boots are required.

- WAGE: $26-$30/hr + 4% Vacation Pay, possible Overtime Pay & Bonuses!
