About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

  • Full-time, year-round.
  • $60k – $70k  per year based on experience.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Previous hotel customer service and management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to guest service excellence with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Basic First Aid Course (or ability to acquire).

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Provide leadership to the Rooms Department to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate operational coverage and approve payroll.
  • Manage departmental supplies, equipment, and expenses effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel leaders to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
  • Proactively develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with hotel owners.
  • Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and service expectations.
  • Maintain high customer service and cleaning standards, ensuring all team members are trained and consistently meeting expectations.
