Seeking several Valet Driver’s to provide valet services at some of Whistler’s best hotels. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, friendly and polite attitude, and know how to operate vehicles with manual transmissions. The Perfect Candidate:
- Strong customer service background meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
- Previous valet experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

- Class 5 BC Driver License or Out of Province license with clean drivers abstract.
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc.
- Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors, assist with unloading vehicle when necessary.
- Retrieve keys from guest; issue ticket to guest or enter customer information using electronic device.
- Park guest car in appropriate space, ensure safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles.
- Inspect vehicle for preexisting damage record information using electronic device or manual ticket; correctly record the make, model and exact location of each vehicle.
- Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests; assist guests with loading luggage or personal items when necessary.
- Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing service when necessary.
- Request and collect relevant fees for use of service.
- Assist in reconciling end of shift revenue against the ticket distribution, when necessary.

Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming calls including taking service orders, answering general inquiries and overall communication with customers, suppliers and technicians.
- Coordinating service schedules: determining priorities, team workload and availability and dispatching technicians to scheduled jobs.
- Coordinating parts for technicians; liaising with suppliers.
- Assisting in coordinating and communicating the service technician schedule on the fly.
- Gathering payment details from customers, sending out service agreements and processing payments/pre-authorizations in a timely manner.
- Following up with every service order to ensure excellent customer service.
- Juggling multiple tasks under pressure with a smile and positive attitude.
- Working as part of a team and taking ownership of each request and project.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative duties such as organizing contracts, invoices, filing, data entry.
