Spark Event Rentals based in Pemberton, BC, is looking to hire a few great people to help with tent and event set-ups and teardowns.  Offering $25 per hour to start depending on experience plus great perks that include bonuses!

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Tent and event experience is an asset but not required!
  • Wanting to work in a fun, team environment and help get clients’ orders packed and delivered to their destinations.
  • Likes variability in their day as every day will be slightly different with different tasks assigned.
  • Has a valid driver’s license with and clear abstract (some positions do not need this).
  • We service the full Sea to Sky region from our base in Pemberton.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lb.
  • Prep orders at the warehouse for client deliveries.
  • Packing orders and loading the truck and unloading.
  • Inventory counts going out for events and upon return from events.
  • General cleaning and repairs of inventory.
  • Occasional commercial dishwashing and polishing of plateware, glassware and cutlery.
  • Valid Drivers license is an asset (but some warehouse positions do not require this).
  • Lead hands would also drive delivery trucks to the events.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • 20-40 hrs per week.
  • Flexible schedules..
  • Generally not open on Sundays nor any Stat Holidays.
  • Occasional evening and after-hours shifts available with the potential for shift based bonus pay!
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • Wage starting up to $25 per hour depending on the role and experience.
