A Whistler-based leader in smart tech-driven parking solutions, is hiring Parking Attendants to join their team.   This role is perfect for someone that enjoys working independently outdoors and providing respectful customer service.   Offers a competitive wage plus performance bonus structure, in-resort parking privileges, a flexible schedule and year-round steady hours.

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

  • Flexible Schedule: 3-4 days a week (flexible), year-round.
  • Typically 8 hour shifts between 10am – 6pm  *Can also be flexible so you can fit in a few runs in the AM if that’s what you are after.
  • Wage:  $23/hr base wage plus vacation pay and monthly bonuses (average earnings are in the range of $30/hr).

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • This role is ideal for high-performing individuals who take pride in independent work, thrive in outdoor environments, and consistently go above and beyond.
  • You are accountable, respectful, and solution-oriented – even in stressful situations.
  • Must hold or be willing to acquire a valid BC driver’s license – a company vehicle is provided while on shift.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Deliver calm, respectful, and solution-oriented service.
  • Assist with pay stations and mobile apps.
  • Act as an in-lot ambassador for parking information and support, especially in difficult or emotional situations.
  • Conduct timely, accurate foot or vehicle patrols to detect and respond to non-compliance.
  • Issue violation notices with full and accurate supporting data (photos, plate numbers, payment checks).
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and review-ready records.
  • Monitor and report unauthorized or suspicious activity, escalating when needed.
  • Check for damaged or malfunctioning signage, meters, or devices (report or service as trained).
  • Follow all safety protocols for driving, patrolling, and interacting with the public.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings and always act with professionalism and integrity.
