About the Role, Benefits & Perks:  

• Wage range of  $32 – $39 per hour based on experience
• Wage review after 3 months.
• Schedule, Monday – Friday, flexible.

The Perfect Candidate: 

•  1–3 years of civil construction or pipe laying experience preferred.
• Knowledge of underground utilities and municipal construction.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Safety focused and able to work in trenches around heavy equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn with good communication skills.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Install underground water, storm, sanitary, and Hydro/Tel utilities.
• Assist with excavation, grading, trench preparation, and backfilling.
• Read grades and work with lasers, levels, and construction drawings.
• Work safely with equipment operators to meet project timelines.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
