A long established, Pemberton based company that strives to provide the best servies by the best technicians and administrative staff is looking add a Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to the team.
Offering a flexible schedule, wage of $35 – $37 per hour, benefits, training and support to allow for growth and success in the position and the opportunity to work locally and cut out the commute. Ideal for a customer service superstar who excels in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail and can multi-task to manage projects efficiently.
About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year-round position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.
- Wage starting in the range of $35-$37 per hour with opportunities for increases depending on performance.
- Flexible schedule as the office is open 7 days a week – typical work days would be Monday to Friday but would consider someone that wants to work on the weekends with weekdays off.
- Work hours can be flexible ie: 8am to 4pm; 9am to 5pm.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Friendly, outgoing and personable with excellent customer service skills administrative abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Articulate with excellent communication skills; able to understand customer needs and problem solve.
- Logistics minded – great at juggling a schedule, service staff and customers.
- Experience within the trade services industry or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail; can see the small details and is big picture minded.
- Computer savvy (MS Office Suite, client database/scheduling software, Outlook).
- Can operate independently, offer suggestions and works without direct supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming calls including taking service orders, answering general inquiries and overall communication with customers, suppliers and technicians.
- Coordinating service schedules: determining priorities, team workload and availability and dispatching technicians to scheduled jobs.
- Coordinating parts for technicians; liaising with suppliers.
- Assisting in coordinating and communicating the service technician schedule on the fly.
- Gathering payment details from customers, sending out service agreements and processing payments/pre-authorizations in a timely manner.
- Following up with every service order to ensure excellent customer service.
- Juggling multiple tasks under pressure with a smile and positive attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative duties such as organizing contracts, invoices, filing, data entry.
- Be a part of the team that greases the wheels to make the company efficient, productive and the first chice of our customers by doing whatever it takes.
