Exciting new full-time career opportunity for a Full-Time Baker at a locally owned, 100% plant-based organic sourdough bakery in Creekside, Whistler. Now accepting applications for a full-time Baker to join a passionate team dedicated to exceptional food, sustainability, and community.

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year round (40 hours per week) in Whistler BC
- Schedule would be Tuesday-Saturday.
- Shifts start early! 4am, 5am, and/or 6am and are done by lunchtime so you have the rest of the day to play.
- $24 – $28 per hour based on experience + tips (historically $6/hr on average and may be more during busier periods)

The Perfect Candidate:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred (baking experience is an asset, but not essential).
- Excited to learn artisan, plant-based baking and develop new skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing consistently high-quality products.
- Have high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- A reliable, self-motivated morning person who is comfortable starting work as early as 4:00 AM
- Must be able to get to creekside without relying on transit as shifts start before the buses do.
- Thrive in a team environment and are always willing to pitch in where needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 kg, safely bend, reach, and work with bakery equipment throughout the shift.
- Have a friendly, approachable personality and enjoy interacting with customers in our open-concept kitchen

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, weigh, mix, shape, and bake artisan breads and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and guidance from the Head Baker.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with daily preparation.
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Support the team and assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Arrive on time in clean, appropriate attire and uphold food safety and workplace standards.
- Take pride in producing consistently high-quality products.
