About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year round in the heart of Whistler Village.
- Base salary of $65,000 + bonuses & gratuities amounting to earnings in the range of $85,000/year.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Several years of experience in fine-dining or french cuisine.
- Delivers exceptional service within premium dining environments.
- Focus on quality and a passion for driving the success of the restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team-building.
- Ability to make rapid decisions, contemplating long and short term implications.
- An eye for how to improve process, service standards and business operations.
- Knowledge and appreciate for old and new world wines and creative cocktails is very beneficial.
- Dispute resolution and complaints handling.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching the team, inspiring them to deliver outstanding guest experiences and leading by example.
- Work the floor and converse with customers to ensure they are receiving a high level of service.
- Take initiative to drive sales and encourage repeat business.
- Work with the management team to recruit and train new employees.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for staff members.
