Seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to help oversee the maintenance department, managing a team of skilled tradespeople and ensure that repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Supervisor is an entry-level leadership position designed for those eager to learn and grow within the trades. This role supports the property maintenance team by assisting with routine repairs, inspections, and seasonal projects that keep luxury homes guest-ready and up to standard. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to develop technical skills while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year round.
- Wage range $60K – $65K per year based on experience.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a maintenance-related role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting and exceeding guest
expectations in an unsupervised atmosphere. - Be organized and able to effectively communicate service task details and
description. - Positive, punctual and professional.
- Excellent grooming with professional image and attitude.
- Great knowledge of the Whistler area is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are able to make a one-year
commitment. - You must have a valid BC driver’s licence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Consistently offering professional, engaging and friendly service to in-house
owners and guests. - Coaching and training team members on all aspects of general maintenance.
- Responding to maintenance tasks as requested.
- Completing silicone, caulking, painting, plumbing and carpentry projects.
- Completing hot tub water quality checks and services.
- Completing deficiency reports from the Maintenance Manager, Owner Services
and Maintenance Coordinator. - Performing van audits and monitoring stock levels in the Maintenance Shop.
- Other duties as required.
