- Full-time, year-round with lots of growth potential within the company.
- 35 hours per week one week, 45 hours the following week to allow for a flex day every 2nd week.
- Must be available to work weekends: Thursday to Monday/Friday to Monday.
- $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience.
- Extended health and dental benefits.

| THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills: |
- Some experience is an asset but not required; open to entry level candidates.
- Self motivated and keen to learn.
- Good with people, work well independently and as part of a team.
- Keen to learn, take initiative and build a career in the construction field.
- A Reliable team player with a great positive-can-do attitude is highly valued.
- Ability to take and follow direction, confident to work with limited supervision.
- Handy and able to do basic repairs.
- Must have valid driver’s license.

| RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: |
- Maintain a portfolio of properties on a weekly basis.
- General repairs to residential and commercial buildings.
- Site clean-up.
