General labour and skilled labour/carpenter’s helper shifts are available at a local organic cannabis farm in Pemberton! A GREAT wage of $25-$32/hr is offered, plus a gas allowance and vacation pay.
POSITION: General Labourers – Pemberton
- DATES: Monday through Friday available with the potential to be ongoing
- HOURS: 9am – 5pm
- LOCATION: Pemberton Meadows Road – indoor work!
- DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting with converting a large existing structure into a cannabis processing facility. General labour and basic construction duties including helping to cut pieces of timber. Must be comfortable with the use of basic tools (tools are provided).
- SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: General labouring experience is required including use of tools. Physically fit, mobile and able to work on your feet for the duration of shift. Friendly, hard-working and happy to pitch in where needed.
- ADDITIONAL DETAILS / REQUIREMENTS: STEEL TOED BOOTS REQUIRED. Work gloves also beneficial.
- WAGE: $25-$27/hr + GAS/CARPOOL ALLOWANCE if you are driving from Whistler.
POSITION: Skilled Labourers and Carpenter’s Helpers/Junior Carpenters – Pemberton
- DATES: Monday through Friday available with the potential to be ongoing
- HOURS: 9am – 5pm
- LOCATION: Pemberton Meadows Road – indoor work!
- DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting with converting a large existing structure into a cannabis processing facility. Includes skilled labouring and carpentry duties, including framing – must have previous framing experience. Must be comfortable with the use of hand and power tools (tools are provided).
- SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Skilled labouring/basic carpentry experience is required – including basic framing and carpentry skills and use of power tools. Physically fit, mobile and able to work on your feet for the duration of shift. Friendly, hard-working and happy to pitch in where needed.
- ADDITIONAL DETAILS / REQUIREMENTS: STEEL TOED BOOTS REQUIRED. Work gloves also beneficial.
- WAGE: $30-$32/hr + GAS/CARPOOL ALLOWANCE if you are driving from Whistler.
WAGES:
Whistler Personnel uses a progressive pay system that awards pay increases based on number of Successful Shifts completed. The more you work with us, the more you get paid per hour.
GENERAL LABOURERS with Steel-Toed Boots:
- Tier 1 = $21/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
- Tier 2 = $22/hr after 5 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
- Tier 3 = $23/hr after 10 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
- + $4/hr SUPERHERO BONUS + GAS ALLOWANCE (if driving from Whistler)
SKILLED CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS with at least 2 years experience:
- Tier 1 = $26/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
- Tier 2 = $27/hr after 5 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
- Tier 3 = $28/hr after 10 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
- + $4/hr SUPERHERO BONUS + GAS ALLOWANCE (if driving from Whistler)
Successful Shifts = be on time, work hard and make our clients happy. These can be in any temp position with Whistler Personnel.
