- Step into a temp role within the real estate industry.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door within the Real Estate industry!  Our friends at Engel & Volkers Real Estate are looking for a temp to cover a number of shifts throughout September and October.

  • NUMBER OF SHIFTS:  7 weeks x 2 days per week 
  • DATES & TIMES:  September 13th to October 31st
  • Various dates as follows:
    • September 13th to 17th (Monday to Friday) – Training Shifts
    • September 18th, 19th (Saturday & Sunday)
    • September 25th, 26th (Saturday & Sunday)
    • October 2nd, 3rd (Saturday & Sunday)
    • October 9th, 10th (Saturday & Sunday)
    • October 16th, 17th (Saturday & Sunday)
    • October 23rd, 24th (Saturday & Sunday)
    • October 25th, 26th, 27th (Monday to Wednesday)
    • October 30th, 31st (Saturday & Sunday)
    • SCHEDULE NOTES:  Preference will be given to workers who can commit to all of the shifts.
  • DUTIES INCLUDE: General reception and administration, answering phones and emails, organize/process listings and filing, keeping the area clean, data entry, assisting agents with general admin tasks. 
  • SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:  Minimum of 1 year of administration or reception experience with strong computer skills (learns quickly).  Must have strong customer service and communication skills (in english).  Friendly, hard-working and happy to pitch in where needed.  Warm, approachable and professional. 
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:  Bring personal mask, water bottle, lunch and snacks.  Break time to be provided and employees must follow our “NO headphones or cellphones policy” while on shift.

  • ATTIRE: Clean, professional business casual attire (no shorts, jeans, loud graphics, tattoos, piercings or brands). 

WAGES:  $19 to $21 per hour plus vacation pay depending on level of experience. 

  • Whistler Personnel uses a progressive pay system that awards pay increases based on number of Successful Shifts completed.  The more you work with us, the more you get paid per hour!
    • Tier 1 = $19/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
    • Tier 2 = $20/hr after 5 Successful Shifts plus 4% vacation pay
    • Tier 3 = $21/hr after 10 Successful Shifts plus 4% vacation pay
  • Successful Shifts = be on time, work hard and make our clients happy.
  • All shifts in any position worked with WPS count towards a higher Tier for all future shifts.
