Seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join a longstanding vacation rental and management company. This is a full-time, year-round position offering 32-40 hours per week. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our portfolio of vaction rental properties and ensuring a high standard of care for both homes and guests.
About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

The Perfect Candidate:
- Proven experience in basic home maintenance (e.g., painting, drywall repair, appliance troubleshooting).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Clear communicator who can identify and report issues needing follow-up.
- Experience in property management or the hospitality industry is an asset.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of the Whistler area is a plus.
- Valid BC Driver’s License required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues across multiple properties.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks by urgency.
- Conduct regular property inspections and complete pre-arrival checks.
- Provide professional, friendly service to guests and homeowners.
- Travel between properties independently throughout the day.
- Coordinate with trades as needed and manage invoicing for maintenance projects.
- Maintain and service hot tubs (training provided).
