Peaked Pies is searching  for a Cafe Bakery Supervisor  to join their fun and dynamic team at this popular local Whistler café.  The Cafe Supervisor will support the team and Café Manager working the front line, contributing to business success.   Apply today!

• Full-time with a varied schedule; must be open to working weekends and during busy peak times.
• $20 – $25 per hour; negotiable based on experience and skillset.

The Perfect Candidate: 

• Previous experience as a team lead / keyholder in a F&B or retail setting is an asset.
• Fosters a positive, motivated team while ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and a welcoming guest experience.
• Able to manage various situations professionally, with great communication skills.
• Prioritizes maintaining an exceptional reputation of the cafe and brand through customer engagement, responsive service, and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Day to day operations, excellence in customer service and satisfaction, quality control/health and safety, and financial management.
• Assisting with the management of staff, scheduling and recruiting new team members.
• Actively engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and build strong relationships with the team.
• Oversee and actively participate in all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, inventory, and customer service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
