Sidecut Tuning, a long-term local company that specializes in ski & snowboard tuning products and is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Manager who has good computer skills and can fill in during busy periods to assist with shipping and receiving products as well as other tasks. Offering $24 to $28 per hour based on experience to start, with room for growth.
Ideally suited for someone with experience; however, entry level candidates are welcome to apply as this can be a ‘manager in training’ opportunity to start.

| THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills: |
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ski tuning knowledge is a requirement.
- Must be able to write well.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Social Media skills are an asset.
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms a benefit.
- French speaking is not necessary but an asset.
- Must be open to jump in where needed including helping out on the assembly line.

| RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: |
- Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and assisting with placing product orders.
- Manage social media postings – Facebook & Instagram. Develop and send email campaigns via MailChimp.
- Process product returns / credits.
- Personal Assistant responsibilities to the owner of the company.
