Quattro Whistler is looking for a professional to grow their career and work alongside our talented Pastry Chef.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Full-time including evenings and weekends.
  • $22 to $25 per hour depending on experience.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Creativity and artistic ability for cake decorating and pastry presentation.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and breads.
  • Decorate pastries using various techniques, such as icing, glazing, and piping.
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • Full-time including evenings and weekends.
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • $22 to $25 per hour depending on experience.
