Seeking a dedicated and skilled landscaper to join this dynamic team specializing in private garden maintenance in Whistler and Pemberton. . About the Role, Perks and Benefits:
- Part-time, seasonal.
- $25-27/hr for junior landscaper, $28-30/hr for senior.
- 3 days a week.
- April 1 through October 31.
- 7-8 hours per day, with negotiable days based on hours worked.
- Based in Pemberton, but a whistler meet up is an option.
- A bonus is available upon completion of the whole season.
The Perfect Candidate
- 1 year of recent local landscaping experience is ideal, with knowledge of plants and techniques.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated and a strong team player.
- Punctual and professional.
- Works well alone and also enjoys being part of a team.
- Can commit to the entire season.
- Enjoys being part of a team and working outdoors in all conditions.
- Interest in growing with the company.
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet all day.
- Strong work ethic, with excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is an asset.
Responsibilities Include:
- All aspects of lawn and garden care, from cutting grass to pruning, mulching and cultivating beds.
- Safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Maintain lawns and gardens through mowing, trimming, and weeding tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their inquiries.
- Design and implement landscape layouts in collaboration with clients and team members.
