The Perfect Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on managing and developing successful teams.
- Mentor who is motivating with great communication skills and able to manage various situations professionally.
- Eager to consistently enhance the business and drive growth.
- Prioritizes maintaining an exceptional reputation of the cafe and brand through customer engagement, responsive service, and fostering positive relationships.
- Creative and forward thinker who anticipates future needs to ensure the cafe thrives and prospers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Day to day business operations including leadership and team management, operational excellence, customer service and satisfaction, quality control/health and safety, and financial management.
- Provide effective leadership, motivate, and supervise a team of employees, ensuring efficient and cohesive operations.
- Oversee and actively participate in all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, inventory, and customer service.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Actively engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and build strong relationships with the team.
- Ensure all staff understand and comply with food safety, health, and hygiene standards, following local regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Participate in operations and address areas for improvement and ensure smooth functioning of the cafe.
