Backcountry Motorsports is looking for someone to join their team and help coordinate repairs, maintenance and upgrades between our customers and team of mechanics.  This is a great long-term and local Pemberton position for someone interested in motorsports with great customer service skills!

JOB TITLE: Repair Shop Coordinator
LOCATION: Pemberton, BC
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Full-time, year-round.
  • 9am to 5:30pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am to 4:30pm Saturdays.
  • $26+ per hour depending on experience.
  • Extended health benefits after 6-months.
  • 2 weeks paid vacation time.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Good customer service skills and experience.
  • Interested in Snowmobiles, ATVs, RZRs, Dirt bikes or other similar activity.
  • Strong Organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills – able to use a variety of software programs.
  • Must have suitable accommodation in Pemberton/Whistler organized.
  • Wage dependent on powersports knowledge.
  • Job specific training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Help customers get the required repairs/maintenance from our team of mechanics.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and upgrades between our customers and team of mechanics.
  • Follow up and track outstanding repair orders, done through our dealership software.
  • Process completed repair orders from the mechanics.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
  • Full-time, year-round.
  • 9am to 5:30pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am to 4:30pm Saturdays.
SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
  • $26+ per hour depending on experience.
