Join the team at this well-established Whistler company looking for a strong administrator to support the Communications department.  $25 to $27 per hour to start, extended health benefits and annual wellness benefit plus lots of opportunities for growth within the company!

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday schedule and monthly flex day available.
  • Schedule: 9am to 5pm for first 3 months and 8:30 to 5:00 thereafter.
  • $25 to $27 per hour to start depending on experience and education.

  •  Experience in an administrative support positions is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling abilities.
  • Personable, friendly and positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Accounting software and website platforms.
  • Thorough attention to detail, organization and accuracy, while maintaining efficiency.
  • Strong problem solving abilities; able to troubleshoot and find solutions.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently and isn’t afraid to jump in and help where needed.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Ongoing organization of the Communications Department.
  • Front-line communications via phone, email and in person.
  • Record keeping & data entry.
  • Scanning and uploading and filing documentation.
  • Compile and send out mail packages, send /receive/process mail.
  • Proofreading and editing documents & correspondence.
  • Reception duties as needed.
