Offering $20 per hour to start, long-term and year-round employment, plus a ski pass! Ideally suited for someone who is personable and friendly with good communication skills and enjoys working in a customer service environment.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Vibrant and welcoming approach towards customer service.

- Ability to work full day shifts, both weekdays and weekends.
- Available to work around most major holidays.
- Proven track record of providing top tier customer service (preferred)
- Previous retail experience a plus!
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with a team of individuals to create great experiences for all customers we encounter.
- Consciously strive to improve upon knowledge base and expertise
with regards to product information. - Provide educated, unbiased advice to assist in customer purchases.
- Thoroughly learn and understand our POS system and procedures.
- Be an active part of the community by working evo events
and parties. - Resolve customer related issues quickly, efficiently, and
happily look for new ways to go above and beyond the expectations of our customers. - Assist in maximizing store efficiency by applying time management skills and effective decision making.
- Attend all required product clinics with an open mind and willingness to learn.
