One of Whistler’s busiest realtors is looking for a Social Media/Admin Coordinator. Ideally suited to someone who is enthusiastic, organized, motivated, and wants to learn and build a career in the real estate industry. Wage starting in the range up to $28+ per hour depending on experience hour based on experience plus awesome perks once you’ve proven your abilities!
About the Role, Benefits & Perks: 
- Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week with some flexibility.
- Tuesday to Saturday; generally 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Must be open to work outside office hours based on business needs.
- Up to $28+ per hour depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses available.

The Perfect Candidate:
- 1 to 2+ years experience in an administrative role with social media marketing skills.
- Experience working within the real estate industry is an asset.
- Friendly, personable with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams, applying interpersonal skills and taking a problem-solving approach.
- A big picture thinker who is proactive and takes initiative; motivated and can work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communicator who is client focused with active listening skills to determine needs with the ability to problem solve effectively.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines.
- Experience creating, optimizing, and distributing content on various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Hubspot (or equivalent Social Media Dashboard), Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems.
- Up to date on the latest tools, platforms and technology for social media.
- Basic knowledge with video production for social media is an asset.
Responsibilities Include:
- General administrative support includes: support and manage personal and business errands throughout the day, purchasing client gifts, assist with Open House/Inspection preparations, business correspondence via email/phone, drafting and proofing contracts, develop newsletters, etc.
- Digital Marketing: develop and implement strategies to increase audience on social media, improve quality of content, and plans to build and establish a brand identity:
- Compile information for weekly social media content and blasts;
- Delivering consistent, clear and compelling client communication campaigns;
- Ensure professional design and concise messaging in all marketing materials;
- Actively brainstorming and proposing new ideas for campaigns;
- Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks and manage delivery and publishing of content;
- Understanding analytics and data and using them to create effective content strategies.
- Managing CRM systems with information including deal tracking systems, MLS, buyers/sellers, etc.
