The Perfect Candidate: 

  • Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
  • In-depth knowledge of brake, suspension, engine, and transmission systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment & software.
  • Experience completing accurate repair estimates & work orders.
  • Able to take direction and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance & repairs on vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Use tools & equipment safely.
  • Follow shop procedures and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
